Rustic Mountain Cabin

San Miguel features a 480 square foot insulated mountain cabin surrounded by ponderosa pines, douglas firs and granite boulders.  

 

The cabin is constructed above ground level and includes steel roof, propane stove and heating, solar lighting and water pump, indoor sink, outdoor enclosed shower, a bunk room that sleeps eight, and an outhouse.​

The property and surrounding terrain is a mountain medley of granite canyons, spring-fed natural springs, towering ponderosa pines, douglas and white fir trees, aspen groves, and granite boulders.  The arid mountain ecosystem with natural spring oases are home to rocky mountain elk, mule deer, black bear, merriam's turkey, dusky grouse, and greater sage grouse.​​
